• Big Easy 3 – A hearty choice with three eggs any style, your choice of meat, a side, and a biscuit.
• Shrimp and Grits – A rich, savory dish featuring seasoned shrimp, Andouille sausage, peppers, stewed tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce over cheesy grits.
• Fat City Brunch Fries – Twice-cooked French fries topped with pimento cheese, roasted red peppers, cheddar, applewood bacon, scrambled eggs, house dressing, and chives.
• Grits & Grillades – Pan-fried veal with sautéed mushrooms, grillade gravy, and creamy cheesy grits.

Each omelet is served with a choice of side and a biscuit.

• California Omelette – Made with egg whites, seared chicken, roasted red pepper, spinach, Monterey Jack cheese, tomatoes, and avocado.
• Crescent City Creole Omelette – A bold, flavorful option with Andouille sausage, chicken, peppers, tomatoes, grillade sauce, and green onions.
• Crawfish Velvet Omelette – Crawfish tails, tasso cream sauce, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and chives come together for a rich and creamy dish.

• Jazz Benedict – Crawfish toast topped with two poached eggs, fried crawfish tails, hollandaise, and Parmesan cheese.
• Crabcake Pontchartrain Benedict – Copeland’s Signature Biscuit with spicy Creole sauce, crabcakes, poached eggs, and hollandaise.
• Copeland’s Benedict – Our Signature Biscuit with grilled Chisesi ham, two poached eggs, and hollandaise.
